Iggy Azalea and Tyga first collaborated in 2018 on the song ‘Kream’ and it proved to be one of the biggest summer anthems of that year and with an intention to repeat the same success, the duo is coming back together again for a song called ‘Sip It’. The brand new single will be part of Iggy’s upcoming third album called ‘End of an Era.’

Looking at the behind-the-scenes teaser which Iggy shared with her close to 8 million fans on Twitter, it seems another banger is in the making. The 30-year-old female emcee had first teased the song on her Instagram account on January 25, 2021, as reported by the website Genius. She then recently teased the song again on March 14 where she posted a photo of an old petrol pump with a huge ‘Sip It’ sign and captioned it as, “Something is brewing” along with an emoticon of an ice tea referring to the song as a summer track.

Release date

The release date for the song ‘Sip It’ is yet to be revealed by Iggy Azalea. The fans of the 30-year-old singer-songwriter are also waiting for the release date of her third album. Concept

In the behind-the-scenes teaser, Iggy can be seen in front of the camera looking all gorgeous and observing the shots, it seems it is going to be a video with a retro vibe. Tyga also makes a blink-and-miss appearance in the teaser. ‘Sip It’ will probably be the first song from the album which will be released independently via Bad Dreams Records.

Speaking of their earlier collaboration ‘Kream’, the track was released on July 6, 2018, by Island Records and serves as the lead single for her EP titled ‘Survive the Summer’. The track had sampled Wu-Tang Clan's iconic song ‘C.R.E.A.M.’ and Raw Beat Mafia's ‘Dead End’. ‘Kream’ passed 100 million streams on Spotify in February 2020, becoming Iggy’s most recent song to do that since 2014's ‘No Mediocre’ with rapper T.I.
