LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kyle Richards is 54 years old but she still looks young and glowing. There must be some secret behind it. Well, the ultimate secret is her food and fitness regimen. The reality star has been getting many DMs on Instagram with fans asking about her workout routine and diet. Kyle finally took out her time to update her fans on how she keeps herself healthy.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star uploaded a photo of her lunch. She captioned the photo, "So any DM's asking about my workout routine & meal suggestions." Kyle added the description of what she had in lunch today, "This was lunch today...fish & vegetables. Donner was chicken breast & salad." Kyle Richards reveals diet and fitness secrets

What helps Kyle's skin glowing is lots of water. While uploading the photo of her lunch on her Instagram story, Kyle claimed, "I'm not a big breakfast person but after my workout, I would have eggs or a smoothie with protein powder." She also answered a lot of fans' questions asking whether she eats fruit or not. Kyle replied with a yes saying that she does have a lot of fruit added to her meal. Furthermore, she cleared that her lunch didn't have many green vegetables in it because she already ate them. She made a joke saying, "so please don't DM asking why there is hardly any on my plate." 

Kyle updated her fans with her Tuesday workout routine. On Tuesdays Kyle workout out on her arms. She starts her day with 3 mins walk which includes a 15% incline. She then goes for another 3-minute fast run. She penned down the routine, "0% then jump off. 1-minute bicep curls. 1 minute tricep rope. pushdown." This whole process is done in 2 sets. 

Again Kyle walks for 3 minutes with a 15% incline. She then runs fast for another 3 minutes with 0% jump-off, 1-minute hammer curls, 1-minute dumbbell, and kickbacks. This goes on in 2 sets. The third set includes the same walking routine with 0% jump-off, 1-minute dumbbell, and rollback. This also goes on in 2 sets. Kyle then takes a few minutes rest and starts again with 6-minute abs, and regular crunches for 1 minute. legs up crunches for 1 minute, and bicycle crunches for 1 minute. This again goes in 2 sets.

Quitting alcohol is another way how one can cut down their calories and move towards living a healthy life. Kyle uploaded a screenshot of one of the DMs she got saying, "Thanks for sharing your fitness and food regimen! I heard you stopped drinking alcohol too? Do you think you'll drink again? Do you miss it?" To this Kyle replied, "Truth is I don't miss it at all." She claimed that she hasn't put a timeline on when or whether she would drink again in the future. However, the star says that she feels amazing ever since she quit alcohol, therefore, does not see herself drinking one at this point. "It will be 7 months on 2/15," shared Kyle about how many months it has been since she quit alcohol. 

Furthermore, when asked what Kyle does not eat apart from pasta and bread, she replied "no rice either." All she consumes is protein, vegetables, and fruits. She further assured her fans that she will continue posting more about her fitness regimen on social media. Kyle claims that she generally works out for 1 hour and sometimes 2 hours if she gets up early enough to have time. If Kyle doesn't get enough time, she adds her morning routine with a short workout session.



 

Kyle Richards accused of taking Ozempic for weight-loss

Even though Kyle claims that she works out and tries to maintain a healthy life with her healthy routine, there have been rumors circling that she has been taking Ozempic for weight loss. Ozempic is Tyle 2 diabetes medication. Kyle's followers accused her of taking Ozempic for her toned body. However, slashing down all the claims she responded, "Never have been." She further clearly stated, "I am NOT on ozempic." 'RHOBH' star was surprised to see her followers accuse her of something like that. Page Six reports her saying, "I had never heard of it. I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me."
