In the latest photo, Kathy can be seen with her daughter Paris Hilton as she plants a sweet kiss on her newborn grandson Phoenix's head. The latest photoshoot comes just a few hours after Paris addressed why she kept the arrival of her son a "secret".
Paris revealed that not even her mom, sisters, or her best friend knew Phoenix was over a week old. Paris welcomed a baby boy with her husband Carter Reum in January 2023 via surrogacy. Meanwhile, recently, 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star shared that her heart is where her daughter Paris and grandson Phoenix live.

Kathy recently posed with her daughter and newborn grandson for a photoshoot. In the photo, the 'RHOBH' star can be seen standing behind her daughter Paris and planting a sweet kiss on Phoenix's forehead as Paris cradles her son. Phoenix looks adorable in a white onesie and matching white hat in the sweet shot as he rests on her mother's shoulder.
