Hilaria claimed that she was having "lower back stuff" after giving birth to Ilaria, the seventh child she had with Alec, and that she had decided to carry out the exercise to strengthen her core. Barber, 41, added her own interpretation of Hilaria's workout video by comparing the move to one that "horny teenagers" would perform. The comedian was praised by viewers for precisely capturing the weirdness that was included in Hilaria's video.
