'11 years, 7 kids': Alec Baldwin posts heartwarming message for Hilaria on 'engagement anniversary'
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Alec and Hilaria Baldwin celebrated a relationship milestone over the weekend. The star couple took to their respective Instagram pages to mark 11 years since their engagement.
Hilaria, 39, shared a selfie with her husband while standing in an elevator, seemingly on their way to celebrate the special occasion as she captioned the post, "Got engaged 11 years ago, today." Meanwhile, Alec, 65, gushed about his growing family and life with his loving wife with a couple of heartwarming sentences.

'I love you, Hilaria'
"Eleven years ago today, I got engaged to a wonderful human being. She's under this pile somewhere," the actor wrote, referring to the picture showing Hilaria laying on the floor with several of their children on top of her. "11 years, 7 kids, an ocean of memories later, I love you, Hilaria," the Oscar-nominated actor concluded. The photo featured three of the four Baldwin boys surrounding their mother to get her attention.
Alec, who was spotted taking a stroll days after the celebratory occasion, has four sons with Hilaria — namely Rafael, seven, Leonardo, six, Romeo, four, and Eduardo, two. The couple are also parents to three daughters Carmen, nine, Maria, two, and Ilaria, six months. Meanwhile, the actor also has a daughter Ireland, 27, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger, whom he divorced in 2002 after nine years of marriage.
As mentioned, Hilaria marked the engagement anniversary by posting a sweet photo on her Instagram Stories. She was dressed casually in ripped blue jeans and a black jacket over a fitted green-pattered top. Meanwhile, her husband stood behind her wearing a black blazer, matching pants, and a t-shirt while sporting his signature salt-and-pepper hair.
Hilaria, a yoga instructor, podcaster, and author, celebrated the 12-year anniversary of the day she and Alec met in another Instagram post. According to the Daily Mail, the pair first crossed paths at Sarma Melngailis' New York restaurant Pure Food and Wine on February 18, 2011.

"12 years ago, this night, we met," she began. "What a journey we have had been through, to, in, and around and continuing…every emotional place I don't think either one of us could have ever predicted," she continued in the caption of the couple posing at a restaurant. "But here we are…still standing, surrounded by all of you amazing humans, our tiny babes…and together. In it with you, Alec…I’m here, we are here…never alone."
The doting couple reportedly started dating in August 2011 and eventually tied the knot on June 29, 2012, at the Basilica of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral in New York City. They welcomed their first child Carmen in August 2013 and have since grown their family to nine, including themselves.
