The 64-year-old actor was spotted at the University place, holding cups of coffee from the Madman Espresso shop the following day while Hilaria walked with another woman. On Friday, after the news of Alec being charged with involuntary manslaughter over allegedly killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the film set of 'Rust,' Hilaria told journalists that she would speak to them. “On a human level, you guys know I’m not going to say anything to you. You know that. So please leave my family in peace and let this all play out. OK?” Hilaria, the yoga instructor told the reporters and asked them to "go home." In the meantime, Alec was spotted smiling and tried hiding his face on his way to the Film Center Building on Ninth Avenue.

Netizens trolled Baldwin's Spanish accent when she deflected the reporters. One Twitter user wrote, "The thing about Hilaria Baldwin that bothers me the most is that she gave her children Spanish names. I’m very sorry for what is happening to your husband but girl that is not your voice you are from Boston"
