LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Stephen King introduced us to the murderous clown of Derry, Maine, in one of his famous novels, 'IT' in 1986. Ever since there have been a few adaptations of the character, the first being Tim Curry acting in the 1990 television adaptation, 'It,' while the second has been in the recent past when Bill Skarsgard decided to portray the character in the 2017 movie. However, in 'IT: Chapter Two' we saw the adult version of the Losers Club portrayed by Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Bill Hader, Isaiah Mustafa, Jay Ryan, James Ransone, and Andy Bean (as the movie was set 16 years after the prequel) defeating the ancient, trans-dimensional evil entity which preys upon children and elders. As recent reports suggest that a third chapter of 'IT' is in the making and rumor has it that 'Chapter 3' of the movie is going to be more horrific than the previous chapters. But if he died in 'Chapter 2' how will he return in this movie? Read more to find out.

'It: Chapter Two' is full of blood-curdling twists as Pennywise the Clown haunts Losers' Club again

'It: Chapter 2' official trailer has arrived and is simply blood-curdling

The last two chapters did exceptionally well at the box office, considering all the criticism 'Chapter 2' faced due to its runtime, pacing, and scares, which were unfavorably compared with its predecessor’s. Despite this, it was a box office success, grossing over 473 million dollars worldwide against its 79 million dollars production budget that’s why the producers are now ready to invest in 'IT: Chapter 3'. Now, let's get into the details of how the main antagonist is going to come back.

Offsprings

Remember at the conclusion of 'IT,' how Pennywise surprised the Losers Club by taking on the formation of a giant egg-laying spider, implying it could have offspring? Considering that one of King's 'Dark Tower' novels claims that Ben destroys eggs thought to be laid by 'IT' unfortunately he misses one of them which results in the offspring hatching after its mother (Pennywise) is killed, taking on the form of Dandelo, who bears a striking resemblance to its parent entity in powers (and the form of a giant beetle). Interesting, isn't it?

Regenerative capabilities

As we saw in both chapters of the movie every time Pennywise wakes up, mass murders and violent weather events become normal, and they end just as quickly as they begin. Taking into account that Bill and the rest of the Losers Club thought they had defeated Pennywise in 'IT' (the first movie) only to find that the Eater of Worlds had returned when they were adults 27 years later, a pattern of regeneration was already established.

Deadlights

Confused what does it mean? Don't worry we got you. Remember when the Losers Club find Pennywise in 'IT: Chapter Two,' Richie comes the closest to perceiving the Deadlights in all their glory, however, the group doesn't effectively destroy them. So what are these Deadlights, one can ask. The Deadlights can be viewed as the true form of It when it's not physically manifested as Pennywise. Outside the realm of comprehension, they cause a human to go insane if looked at directly. So theoretically it means, when Pennywise takes the form of a spider, the club destroys the heart, and not the Deadlights.

Telepathic abilities

In both of the movies, we have seen the murderous clown having incredible psychic power. Regardless, King explained Pennywise in the book by saying that the ancient, trans-dimensional evil entity can use a variety of powers that include the ability to shapeshift, manipulate reality, and go unnoticed by adults.

Origin story

If none of the above works, then or best guess is that 'Chapter 3' will focus on how Pennywise became Pennywise and what are the importance of all his powers.
