SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: It has just been revealed that the ‘Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ star Heather Gay purchased a luxurious residence on a beautiful sycamore tree-lined street in the prestigious Shenandoah Park Avenue neighborhood in Salt Lake City. This lavish abode cost a staggering $3 million. The star made the purchase last year in September 2022.

Heather made headlines with the purchase of a luxurious six-bedroom and six-bathroom, sprawling 7,922-square-foot estate. The stunning property features a wine cellar and spacious outdoor and indoor areas for entertaining. It is the perfect new home for her and her family following the conclusion of filming for the third season of ‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’. The ‘RHOSLC’ fan page @housewivesofSLC announced on Instagram, “Take a look at Heather Gay’s new $2.89 million dollar house! At 7,922 square feet, the new pad has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a temperature controlled wine cellar, and an outdoor kitchen for entertaining plus a salt water pool!” The news was shared with ‘RHOSLC’ fans on January 18, 2022.



 

According to the details obtained by Reality Blurb about Heather’s new home, the plush abode has a grand entrance with bespoke iron doors and expansive windows with motorized blinds. On the main floor lies a formal living room with tall windows from floor to ceiling and an impressive fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a luxurious kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances like WOLF, Subzero, Asko, and Brizo. Flanking the living room is a dining room with a wooden vaulted ceiling. The master suite is also on the main floor and includes a fireplace, two walk-in closets, and an exclusive steam shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms with walk-in closets and carpeted floors. The basement has a climate-controlled wine cellar, a study with a fireplace, two more bedrooms, a gym, and a family room. Outside, there is a 12-foot deep saltwater pool with a waterfall and kiddie pool. The exterior also features an outdoor kitchen and seating area, along with a pool bathroom, a shower, and a steam room.
