'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Heather Dubrow was seen in the trailer for season 16 of the reality TV series accusing newcomer Noella Bergener of giving her daughter pornography.

Heather, 52, confronted Noella, 36, during a dinner on a beach in Cabo about the controversial gift. "I didn't want to invite you because you gave my daughter pornography as a gift," she said in the trailer, causing Noella to panic as she looked utterly shocked and covered her mouth with her hands. While it's unclear which of Heather's daughters was being referred to, it's most likely 17-year-old Max, who was seen bonding with Noella in a previous scene. "Are you Max? Hi Max! I'm bisexual too," Noella told the teenager in excitement.

Max came out as bisexual in June last year. “I always knew I was bi, I just thought it was bipolar," she revealed on Instagram. “I love you my beautiful, hilarious, amazing child! I am SO proud to be your Mother!” Heather commented at the time.

The mom-of-four was seen in the Thursday, November 11 trailer after she took a break from the series in 2017 after five seasons. “Well, what was funny was — so, production called me, like, I don’t know, December or something like that, and I laughed,” she told Andy Cohen on her PodcastOne show 'Heather Dubrow’s World' earlier this year. “My first reaction was like, I kind of laughed. And then I thought about it.”

Heather said that she was coerced to rejoin the show by her entire family, including her husband, 'Botched' actor Terry Dubrow, son Nicholas, 17, and their daughters Max, Katarina, 15, and Collette, 9. “I was negative,” she admitted on the podcast. “I was like, ‘Guys, you’re on social media now. You do this. You do that. People will comment,' and they were cool.”

That said, the trailer also featured Shannon Beador, who appeared to stir the pot as she grew jealous of Heather's friendship with Gina Kirschenheiter. "Gina, she's super cool," Heather is seen telling Shannon, 57, who then mumbles "Yeah, no, she's, she's, she's…" At one point, Emily Simpson asks Shannon if gets "jealous of Gina's relationship with Heather?" To which she responds, "I have my own relationship with Heather." Heather is later seen telling Gina and Emily, "Shannon told me that the two of you were not to be trusted." Emily subsequently confronts Shannon, saying "I thought we were friends, Shannon," while Gina adds, "Shannon, I feel bad for you."

Meanwhile, it's worth noting that Noella has filed for divorce from her husband James Bergener and is demanding legal and physical custody of their two-year-old son James Jr. The reality TV star, who became one of the newest OC Housewives earlier this year, said in court documents she would allow the father to visit their child.

James, a well-known attorney in Southern California, was recently accused of owing nearly $6 million to the government in back taxes. RadarOnline reported how the IRS and the State of California "filed liens against Noella's husband who runs a successful law firm named Sweet James." According to the report, James has been accused of "refusing to pay $1,878,438 for 2018 and $2,166,680 for 2019."

Season 16 of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' premieres Wednesday, December 1, on Bravo at 9 pm ET.
