'Bad Blood bar': Taylor Swift-inspired theme bar is opening to celebrate 'anti Valentine's season'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift's fans can now go and try Bad Blood: a ‘heartbreak bar’ inspired by her '1989' hit this Valentine’s Day. This opportunity is for all those who are low on love and can go for the pop-up event scheduled at Electric Garden in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The event page reads on Instagram, “Hop on the waitlist for this exclusive (anti) Valentine's pop-up and get ready to plot your post-breakup comeback." The ticket for the event is priced at $22, which will be valid for a 90-minute slot and a special welcome cocktail.
As per the event page, the Bad Blood bar will be functional from February 3 to February 26, what the organizer is referring to as ‘(anti) Valentine’s season.’ "Whether you want to sing about your lover, those who were never yours, those you're never getting back together with, or those who still have your scarf, this is the perfect place for you," reads the event page. It’s been organized by Bucket Listers, a group that searches and shares events taking place in major US cities. They aim to help people find out what’s happening in their city. Interestingly, the re-record of the '1989' song, ‘Bad Blood (Taylor’s version)’ was used in the animated movie DC League of Super-Pets, featuring actor Dwayne Johnson, which came last summer, according to People.
