LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After his incredibly successful run with ‘Euphoria', Sam Levinson is back with ‘The Idol’. Levinson has a unique and artistic style of portraying the troubles faced by people, and by the looks of it, he has taken it up a notch with ‘The Idol’. The upcoming HBO series has stirred controversy due to some scandalous scenes, which have received a rather negative reaction on social media despite getting a standing ovation at Cannes Film Festival.

At the center of ‘The Idol’ are Lily-Rose Depp, The Weeknd, Troye Sivan, and Jennie Kim amongst others. However, the focus remains on Lily-Rose, and looks like the internet might have the next most controversial Depp on its hands. Apart from being Johnny Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose is now going to be amid a sea of controversies after playing the role of Jocelyn in ‘The Idol’ and viewers have some thoughts about it.
