There's much to be sorry for, as 'Hawaii 5-0' finished after 10 seasons with a power-packed finale that saw characters and plot points return to the series premiere, while police team leader Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) had to go through some trials and tribulations before finally getting the goodbye he deserved. There were a lot of bullets and explosions and heartbreaking emotional moments, but all's well that ends well. Apart from this, Catherine (Michelle Borth) returns for a sweet moment at the end.  And the two hold hands. Cue for awww moments.

Fans are not ready to let the show go and called it a 'beautiful ending'. "Going to miss this show every Friday, Alex McCloughan and crew, great show, sad to see it go. Fan for ever," tweeted a fan.

"Hate to see @HawaiiFive0CBS end. Such a great run. Fridays wont be the same. Thanks to the cast and crew for all the years of adventures," wrote another fan.

Another wrote, "Wow, just wow! What a great series finale of the 50 task force. Steve leaving and the rest staying together was well done."

"Ugh one of my favorite shows @HawaiiFive0CBS is done!! Isn’t there enough sadness right now?" wrote another fan.

"#Hawaii50 has got me crying like a baby going to miss it," tweeted a fan.

A fan tweeted, "THANK YOU WRITERS OF #HAWAII5O YOU ENDED THE SHOW EXACTLY HOW I WANTED!!!!!"

A fan wrote, "Thank you #H50@HawaiiFive0CBS#Hawaii5O for the last 10 years. It’s been an amazing ride. I’m going to miss you. You meant so much to me. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you."

Fans tweeted that it was best that the show went out on a good note and didn't fade out. "Tonight is the night. The bittersweet series finale of #Hawaii50. Even though it has a few good seasons left, it's better to go out on a high note, something many other tv series failed to do. Thanks for ten great seasons..."

"I'm betting that Catherine and Steve were headed to New Jersey to check out Danny's hometown," speculated a fan.

"Holy crap, this episode is messing with my emotions," another emotional fan wrote.
