'Grey's Anatomy' is known for turning character arcs in the bat of an eye. Episode four of season 16 hinted at something similar to Tom Koracick's (Greg Germann) storyline as he is slowly turning into the bad guy in the series.

He picked a fight with Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) when the latter hurt him during surgery. Well, it was justified as Owen gave him an electric shock straight to the testicles. In exchange, Tom put a restraining order on Owen.

The two already had a rivalry over Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) as Tom was in love with her while she gave birth to Owen's baby. Things only got worse.

In episode four, Tom tried to boss around again. Amid the major surgeries, Tom lined up a surgery on a three-year-old for free if the parents allowed him to film it for a news story.

Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) stepped in and gave Tom a piece of his mind as he successfully operated on the little girl along with Amelia but without the cameras.

Later, in the same episode, when Tom finally tried to make up to Owen saying, "I am dropping the restraining order," Owen told him he had taken up a new job at Pac-North. The new developments hint that Tom is slowly turning into the bad guy.

Expressing their disappointment over the same, fans complained on Twitter and wrote, "Wow. So they let us grow to like Koracick only to turn him into someone that's so unlikable."

Another fan posted, "Koracick is so insensitive. I loved him LAST season, he was so sweet to Teddy thot ass. The hell happened? #GreysAnatomy."

Most fans still can't stop fangirling over his character. One fan posted, "Everyone hates Koracick but god I love him! #GreysAnatomy #GreysAnatomy16."

Another wrote, "I'm the only person in the world who likes Koracick. I wanna have daiquiris with him. #greysanatomy."

As episode five airs on ABC next Thursday, October 24, it is yet to be seen whether Tom's role is shown in a good light or he is actually turned into the villain.
