'Good Trouble' Season 2B Preview: Trouble ensues between Foster sisters while chaos unfolds in Coterie
Freeform’s drama series 'Good Trouble' is returning to television with Season 2B, which is premiering on January 7. Before the hit series took off on a midseason break, we saw a lot happen in the lives of our favorite characters.
The official trailer for ‘Good Trouble’ Season 2B sees Callie and Mariana bicker over the former’s decision to move out. Callie’s choice to move in with her boyfriend, Jamie, is definitely huge for Mariana, more than her sister herself, as their new life in Los Angeles was driven by their coexistence.
Although, Mariana and the residents of Coterie have grown to become a family, living in the absence of her sister is not something she was prepared for. Meanwhile, the trailer also throws light on her struggles at her workspace, where she’s on the verge of getting fired for disclosing highly confidential information regarding her male colleagues’ pay.
While the Foster sisters are trying to their heads around the seemingly new lives, Malika gets in trouble yet again, but only worse this time. She participates in the BLM protest despite having a restraining order issued against her. In the trailer, she says, “I screwed everything up”. Will Malika have to pay a huge price for her following her heart?
The video also briefly touches upon Davia and Dennis, whose feelings for each other are still vague. Davia attempts to drown her body image issues in self-pampering, while Dennis continues to mourn his son’s tragic death.
Meanwhile, Alice tries to strike a balance between her stand-up career and blooming romance with Joey, which has only become harder with Lindsey around.
Ahead of ‘Good Trouble’ Season 2B premiere, we wonder if Callie and Mariana will be able to put their differences aside and continue like they always did. And, is Malika ready to face the consequences of actions? Also, will Davia succeed in helping Dennis get over his devastating past?
