‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Who died and who survived The Floating Rib parking lot explosion?

Before dying of his internal injuries, Dustin asks Dante to be there for Lulu Spencer

A major explosion in The Floating Rib parking lot shakes up the world of ‘General Hospital’. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) arrives to see the tragedy and calls 911 immediately. Julian Jerome (William deVry) finds Danny Morgan's hat and starts to panic. The first person to regain consciousness is Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and then Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

While Liz helps Cameron get up, Dustin briefly comes and notices Lulu covered in debris. Was it a gas leak that started it all? While Dev is wheeled out by the paramedics, Dustin is taken to the ER. While they are on the way to the ambulance, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) begs Dev not to die. In his last moments, Dev asks Sonny to tell Joss he’s sorry. Sonny and Carly (Laura Wright) talk about the home they gave Dev while mourning the loss.

At General Hospital, Dustin's internal injuries take his life. But, before dying, he asks Dante to be there for Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). After Dustin's death, Dante walks down the corridor and hands over the ring to Lulu that Dustin gave him in the final moments. 

Mark Lawson’s time on the show has ended. After his character lost his life to the explosion, Lawson took to Instagram to post the weekly promo video with the caption, “I hope you watch. Today’s episode is special to me.” Not able to digest his passing, many fans mourned over the sad ending. Not just him, Dev died in the ambulance too. Ashton Arbab will no longer be seen on the show.

Many fans expressed their sorrow on social media. "I wanted to like GH today... but I didn't. I hate that your time ended. Thank you for giving us the character, Dustin. I'm going to be cranky the rest of today! Best wishes in your future endeavors ~You will be missed," one said and another posted, "Two of my faves will really miss seeing you both on GH permission to haunt me anytime xoxo." One fan posted, "We’ve seen better shows with a bigger payoff! Was good though but missing some emotional beats and I love Dustin!" and another wrote, "Lulu should have been with Dustin when he died! I'm sad."
