CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY: Actor Gary Busey has denied sexually assaulting anyone during a horror convention in New Jersey where he was appearing as a featured guest recently. One woman accused Busey, 78, of asking her where she got her breasts from. Another woman claimed the actor grabbed her butt at the annual Monster Mania Convention in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Busey was charged with four counts of sexual contact and harassment. Additionally, a man told police his daughter was also sexually assaulted by Busey at the convention on August 13, documents obtained by TMZ claimed.

Busey denied the allegations on Monday, August 22, when approached by a photographer. He claimed that the accusations were false and the alleged victims were making up stories. "None of that happened," Busey said, according to the Daily Mail. "There was my partner, a camera lady and me and two girls. It took less than 10 seconds and then they left. Then they made up a story that I assaulted them sexually when I did not," he added.

Busey has been accused of groping multiple women at the convention. He allegedly put his face near a woman's breast and even attempted to undo her bra. "So the story's not true?" the photographer asked. "Nothing happened. It was all false. I was not inappropriate at all. I have eyewitnesses," the 'Buddy Holly' actor said. He requested to apologize to the woman, saying it was possible to "accidentally touch someone in a specific body part," according to legal documents. He reportedly appeared alongside other actors including Ralph Macchio, Tom Skerritt and Veronica Cartwright at the convention.

Busey, who lives in Malibu, California, was contacted by Monster Mania event organizers to attend the event from August 12 to 14. According to Cherry Hill Police, Busey inappropriately touched three women during an autograph signing and meet and greet. "It was about contact. It was about touching," Cherry Hill Police Lt. Robert Scheunemann told the Philadelphia Inquirer. He also noted that they received "multiple complaints" about his conduct throughout the weekend.

Nikitas Moustakas, a lawyer for the convention, said that the company was "assisting authorities in their investigation into an alleged incident involving attendees and a celebrity guest at its convention." "Immediately upon receiving a complaint from the attendees, the celebrity guest was removed from the convention and instructed not to return. Monster-Mania also encouraged the attendees to contact the police to file a report. The safety and well-being of all our attendees is of the utmost importance to Monster-Mania, and the company will not tolerate any behavior that could compromise those values," Monster-Mania Convention wrote on Facebook.

Just a week after the accusation, Busey was caught with his pants down at Point Dume Park in Malibu, California. He seemed to perform a lewd act before lighting up a cigar just hours after he was charged with groping the three women. He was seen sitting down on a bench, pulling his phone out and then pulling down his pants.

Back in 1996, Busey faced drug charges when authorities found cocaine in his Malibu home. He was charged with one count of cocaine possession and three counts of possession of marijuana, possession of hallucinogenic mushrooms and being under the influence of cocaine. He has also been arrested on charges of spousal abuse in the past and of sexually assaulting a female employee during a season of 'Celebrity Apprentice' in 2011.
