Foo Fighters ‘Medicine at Midnight’: Release date, concept, tracklist and all you need to know about rock band’s 10th album
After teasing their fans with video snippets on social media and cryptic billboard ads, rock band Foo Fighters finally announced their 10th studio album. The new project from the renowned band led by Dave Grohl has been titled ‘Medicine at Midnight’ and was announced as they performed a song from the new album on ‘Saturday Night Live’ (SNL) over the weekend (November 7).
The official Twitter account of Foo Fighters also shared the big news with their fans with a cover art and the caption which read, “ARE YOU READY???”

The new album by the Foo Fighters will be a follow-up to their 2017 record ‘Concrete and Gold’ which featured hit singles like ‘Run’, ‘The Sky is a Neighborhood’ and ‘The Line’.
Release date
‘Medicine at Midnight’ will hit the Internet on February 5, 2021, via Roswell Records/RCA. The brand new album is also up for pre-order here.
Concept
According to NME, frontman Dave Grohl had confirmed in February that they had finished recording their 10th LP and talking about the same, he had previously revealed that Foos’ tenth LP was “unlike anything we’ve ever done,” adding, “There are choruses on this record that 50-f**king-thousand people are gonna sing, and it’s gonna bring everyone’s f**king hearts together in that moment and that’s what it’s all about.”
It is also being reported that Foo Fighters had pushed the release of their 10th album due to the global pandemic. According to Pitchfork, ‘Medicine at Midnight’ has been produced by Greg Kurstin and Foo Fighters, engineered by Darrell Thorp and mixed by Mark “Spike” Stent.

Foo Fighters’ ‘Medicine at Midnight’ will entertain fans with a total of nine tracks across 37 minutes. The single ‘Shame Shame’ has already hit the Internet after the band performed it on SNL, hosted by Dave Chappelle over the weekend.
