'Filthy Rich' Episode 7: Will Becky stay with Eric after getting a taste of the 'other side with Ginger'?

Becky and Ginger may start a romance on their own and we wonder what that means for Eric? The episode was a freshly dramatic one, with many twists and turns, but this one had to be a favorite

Spoilers for 'Filthy Rich' 

In the previous episode, we saw Becky Monreaux (Olivia Macklin) fight her "non-Christian urges" but still ended up kissing Ginger Sweet (Melia Kreiling), her husband's half-sister. In this episode titled '2 Corinthians 3:17', we see Becky and Ginger actually have a conversation about their kiss. Ginger seems unfazed with Becky wanting her but Becky on the other hand feels trapped in a loveless marriage with Eric Monreaux (Corey Cott).

We also know that Eric has also been cheating on his wife Becky with Rachel (Aqueela Zoll), one of the girls who works for Ginger at Sin Wagon. Eric also confides in his mother Margaret Monreaux (Kim Cattrall) that he's scared he is going to end up like his father, Eugene Monreaux (Gerald McRaney), who they think is dead but the audience sees he's not and who cheated on his mother multiple times.

Margaret tries to help her son see the light and stray off the wrong path. But, from what we've seen in this episode, we don't think that Eric has a chance with his wife Becky - she seems to be hell-bent on being with Ginger. Fans are all here for it, and so are we!

At the end of the episode, after Ginger helps Rose Monreaux (Aubrey Dollar) with a fantastic fashion show that showcases all of Rose's talent and also sets Becky free — Becky and Ginger take their attraction towards each other a lot further. Ginger who has gotten to know Becky more in the past few episodes wanted Becky to be "seen" because she felt her own husband Eric does not "see" her. 

"Becky is finally feeling like someone. #FilthyRichFOX," wrote a fan. So, Becky was given the best dress of the fashion show -- a white gown with angel wings -- and she strutted down that ramp with her baby bump confident as ever. Another fan added, "OK but Becky looks STUNNING in this wedding dress, baby bump and angel wings and all. Good for her. #FilthyRichFOX."

Later, when everyone was celebrating the success of Rose's fashion show, Becky tells Ginger, "I don't want to go home." Then, they go into a room, and Becky tells Ginger, "set me free" — in the process of helping Becky out from her dress, Ginger starts to kiss Becky down her body. Of course, the rest of the scene was meant for closed doors, but we're glad Becky is finally set free!

In fact, in this episode, Becky had already found out that Rachel was sleeping with her husband. When Eric saw his wife on stage, he broke up with Rachel, but Becky had other plans. "Becky has figured out who’s sleeping her husband, and she's so civil it's crazy. She's just waiting for Ginger. #FilthyRichFOX," wrote another fan.

In fact, we're sure Becky doesn't want to be with her husband again. One fan wrote, "Becky rejecting Eric after getting a taste of the other side with Ginger #FilthyRichFOX."

Becky has been a quiet character for the most part of the series, but now she is right in the middle of the drama, and fans love the twist. "Yes, Becky was definitely the #EnsembleDarkHorse of #FilthyRichFOX. She started so bland and now she's so likable!" wrote one fan.

Another added, "You're right. Eric always had potential but he could've easily been so cliche that he remained unlikable and forced. But Becky had ZERO personality or substance at all until the past two episodes. She felt pointless. So I definitely like this turnaround. #FilthyRichFOX."
