'Bachelor in Paradise' 2022: Fans excited to see Rachel and Gabby together, say 'patiently waiting for drama to unfold'
VALLARTA, MEXICO: Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey appeared on the beach towards the end of the November 14 episode, giving Tyler Norris, Johnny DePhillipo, and Logan Palmer a lot of tension. As much as viewers were upset that the producers didn't bring them in until the very end of the episode, they appreciated how the contestants from their joint season appeared flustered by their unexpected appearance on the beach.
Bachelorettes Rachel and Gabby appeared in Paradise for no apparent reason! It's supposed to make their "exes," notably Johnny and Logan, uneasy, but it's really just more producer-driven pandemonium. Tyler, Johnny, and Logan move about in their seats and smile awkwardly as all the women greet each other with embraces and ear-piercing squeals. Tyler eventually gets up to welcome the ladies.

"Hey Rachel!" he exclaims, putting his arms around her. "Congratulations to you, I'm just so happy for you." Is he congratulating her on her "engagement" to "Tino," or what? We think he is - this was most likely shot prior to the terrible "happy couple" visit/breakup seen in the finale. And it was undoubtedly shot before Erich and Gabby's split was announced last week.
What we're meant to be concerned about here is what Gabby and Rachel could say to sabotage Logan's connection with Johnny and Kate's friendship with Victoria.
Angry fans slammed the makers for bringing in the ex-bachelorettes so late into the episode, "It’s rude to bring Gabby and Rachel down RIGHT AT THE END OF THE EPISODE." While others are simply waiting for the following episode for the drama to unfold, "Me patiently waiting for the drama to unfold with Gabby & Rachel here now." Fans also noticed how both of them were engaged (sadly not anymore) when they made their appearance on the beach, "Gabby and Rachel were BOTH engaged when they visited the beach…" However, looking at the boys from their season react, a fan wrote, "The guys when they see Gabby and Rachel walk down to the beach:"

Another fan quipped, "Every face when Gabby/Rachel show up on the beach lol." Given how things turned out for the former bachelorettes, a fan tweeted, "Gabby and rachel with their engagement rings on doesn’t age well." Describing the contrast between the reaction from the men and the women on the beach, another fan quipped, "The girls The guys seeing Gabby vs seeing Gabby & Rachel & Rachel." On the other hand, a different opinion read, "#sorrynotsorry but I think Gabby and Rachel are the last people I’d want any type of advice from."
