'Bachelor in Paradise' 2022: Aaron Clancy scares Genevieve Parisi with his confession, fans say 'toxic wattpad relationship'

VALLARTA, MEXICO: Aaron and Genevieve had a tight connection from the beginning of Paradise, but in episode 11, they had a big verbal confrontation that jeopardized everything. Since then, fans have been unable to forget the tragedy and emotional abuse that occurred in Genevieve and Aaron's relationship.

Genevieve was "happy" and "feeling good" before the rose ceremony. When Aaron called her down to discuss how she packed her bags and nearly walked away, he jeopardized her good move. "When you said you were falling in love with me when we were on the jungle path and I said that I was falling in love, I was really in the heat of the moment, and it's not true. It's not true at all," Aaron stated before swiftly calming Genevieve down. "I have already fallen in love, and I love you a lot."

Aaron, who appears hellbent on giving Genevieve a cardiac arrest on national television, tells the cameras that being with Genevieve feels like "finally doing something right in Paradise."

"I love you," Genevieve said before addressing the cameras, "I've never felt like this. It’s the best feeling."

A fan on Twitter expressed their feeling about the couple, "I can never tell if Genevieve and Aaron are gonna argue or if they’re gonna be nice and calm." Following last week's brawl between the couple, a fan on Twitter wrote, "Cannot unsee the trauma and emotional abuse in Genevieve and Aaron’s relationship." Calling out the toxicity in their relationship a fan added, "Genevieve and aaron give me toxic wattpad relationship but whatcha gonna do." Seeing Genevieve being apologetic towards Aaron all the time, a fan tweeted, "Genevieve constantly feeling the need to say sorry to Aaron doesn’t feel right in my soul."

Another fan tweeted, "Whoever said last week that Aaron and Genevieve remind them of a toxic high school couple who has public high highs and public low lows is sooooo right and I haven't been able to get that out of my head. Thanks!" Slamming Aaron for dismissing Genevieve's emotions, a fan wrote, "I can't get on board with Aaron & Genevieve, he acts like his emotions are super important and hers are a huge inconvenience." One fan even was shocked to see Logan Palmer having a better conversation with his connection than Aaron, "How is Logan having a healthier and more mature conversation than Aaron and Genevieve ever have???" Summing up their conversations, a fan wrote, "Aaron & Genevieve have started every “I love you” conversation on a negative."
