'Just put Grant Gustin as The Flash': DC fans demand Grant Gustin to replace Ezra Miller
The Flash franchise at Warner Bros is in shambles with the company apparently pausing any future projects starring Ezra Miller from 'The Flash'. Miller was arrested in Hawaii for unruly behavior and accused of robbing and threatening to murder a couple who were at the same hotel as him.
Post the arrested on March 28 in Hawaii, Miller, 29, who identifies as nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, has come under pressure from Warner Bros studio leaders. In fact, rumor has it that Miller has been acting strangely during the filming of 'The Flash', which is set to hit theatres next year. In this tumultuous scenario for both franchises, some DC fans have a simple answer for the next 'Flash' films: just recast Grant Gustin in Miller's character. Many fans have been thronging social media demanding Grant Gustin, star of 'The Flash,' to replace beleaguered Ezra Miller in the upcoming WB cinematic adaptation of the DC superhero.

On March 30, Warner and DC officials met in an emergency meeting to discuss the future of the 'Perks of Being a Wallflower' actor. The assembly's decision was to put a stop to any future Miller efforts as well as any public appearances they had planned for the action film.
Gustin, 32, had played Barry Allen/The Flash on the CW's 'The Flash', from 2014 to 2016, and while the TV show isn't exceptionally outstanding, Gustin is a fantastic choice for the part. To many fans, he's the iconic live-action Flash, which is why director Zack Snyder had to explain why he didn't hire Gustin instead of Miller in 'Justice League' back in 2016. He said, "Gustin apparently wasn't a good fit." Despite the fact that a vociferous group of supporters has asked Warner Bros to promote Gustin, the chances of this happening remain limited.
Someone who has spent nine seasons on a CW series does not automatically become a bankable movie star. It would, however, be remarkably easy to replace Miller, whether or not it is Gustin. The future 'Flash' movie will have a multiverse storyline, with characters from several cinematic worlds colliding like Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck will play Batman. So, if Warner Bros decides to drop Miller from the franchise, the replacement actor may simply be said to be from another universe.
