'What's up with his face?' Simon Cowell's 'flawless' new look invites internet's concern and ridicule
LONDON, ENGLAND: Television mogul Simon Cowell once again became the talk of the town due to his "unrecognizable new appearance" in a new ‘Britain's Got Talent’ promo.
The now-deleted clip, posted on the official Twitter account of ‘BGT’, captured Cowell encouraging people to audition for the latest season, just days after Judge David Walliams quit the show. In the footage, the 63-year-old star appeared to have strangely firm and clear skin, pearly white teeth and almost flawless features that might be attributed to cosmetic surgery, per Daily Mail.

"I always say on this show, two or three minutes can change your life. And it has. And maybe this time it's gonna be you,” he said in the video, adding, "So please audition now for next year's season and I look forward to meeting you." While many fans expressed concern over his appearnce, some decided to poke fun at the reality TV honcho.
"Simon Cowell's face looks like if George Michael's corpse was playable character in Goldeneye," one user tweeted while another added, "Simon Cowell's Madame Tussauds waxwork of himself has come to life & is wondering around London. A spokesman for Madame Tussauds said 'This has never happened before, it's amazing.' There's a £20K reward offered for the safe return of the Waxwork."

A third user mocked him for deleting the video, tweeting, "Simon Cowell deleting a video because every comment was asking him why he looked like he'd been rendered on an early model GameCube is my highlight of socials this morning." A fourth user said, "Simon Cowell 2022 face transformation was caused because he ‘shattered’ his jaw while running through the house in socks. He lost consciousness, and when he woke up, he recalls, his chin bone was hanging off his face."
Simon Cowell had made his brand off the back of exploiting and bullying people on the fringes of mental health. I think it's perfectly ok to piss myself at the abject state of his appearance. What an indulgent tosser.

‘'Holy moly, I nearly didn't recognise him then. Imagine being so scared of aging that you'd rather look like a bad wax model of yourself. Simon Cowell really should be a lesson to all narcissistic and vain people everywhere," another person tweeted.
Following a lifestyle change that included starting a health and fitness regimen, Cowell reportedly shed 20Ibs in past years. The lifestyle change came after he broke his back in 2020 when he crashed his electric bike near his Malibu home. He suffered complications from surgery, which required him to mostly stay in bed for six months. Simon rearranged his work schedule to ensure he only started business meetings after 9 am rather than hold conferences into the early hours of the morning like he used to.
Speaking about the star’s health, sources told Daily Maill, "Simon said how he hasn't worn trainers as much as this in 20 years. He feels fitter than ever before and is keeping to a normal routine rather than being on the phone until into the early hours of the morning."
