Austin, Texas (Release): London-based independent label Xtra Mile Recordings and Essex punk outfit Pet Needs have unveiled their latest collaboration: the release of Pet Needs' third studio album, 'Intermittent Fast Living'. Capturing the frenetic essence of their whirlwind lifestyle, the album was recorded in a mere two weeks with producer George Perks, known for his work with industry heavyweights like Enter Shikari and You Me At Six.

'Intermittent Fast Living' is a 11-track journey, navigating themes of love, loss, the challenges of touring, and punk defiance against pay-to-play gigs. From poignant reflections on life lessons learned from a puppy to raw protest anthems, the album promises a sonic rollercoaster for listeners. Available on all major streaming platforms, fans can dive into Pet Needs' latest offering.

Excitement builds further as Pet Needs announces a string of US tour dates in support of 'Intermittent Fast Living'. Teaming up with English folk-punk counterparts Skinny Lister, the band will hit the west coast from March 18-24.

Since their inception, Pet Needs, spearheaded by brothers Johnny and George, alongside Jack and Ryan, has seen a meteoric rise from bedroom beginnings to sold-out shows and global tours alongside renowned acts like Frank Turner and The Hives. With a fervent fanbase and critical acclaim, Pet Needs' trajectory continues its ascent, solidifying their status as one of Essex's hottest exports.
