NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Elle Evans, who co-starred with Emily Ratajkowski in the controversial music video 'Blurred Lines', opened up about the allegation that the model was 'groped by Robin Thicke' during filming. The explosive claim is made by Ratajkowski in her most recent book, 'My Body'. In her book, Ratajkowski, 31, alleged that Thicke, 46, "cupped her bare breasts" while they were filming.
Evans, who appeared in the infamous video with Ratajkowski and fellow model Jessi M'Bengue, has now opened up about the disturbing incident in which Thicke is said to have groped her London-born co-star, as per the Daily Mail.

What did Elle Evans reveal?
When Thicke, now 46, first debuted the explicit music video for his hit song in 2013, it immediately made headlines and was criticized as being "sexist" and "inappropriate," but it prompted even more controversy in 2021 when Ratajkowski claimed that the singer had sexually assaulted her while they were filming. The video was later removed from YouTube for being too explicit.
Originally from Texas, Evans, 33, told Bustle that her co-star's tone changed following the encounter. Nevertheless, she noted that nobody addressed what had happened, and it wasn't until Emily came forth years later that she realized what had occurred. She told Daily Mail, "What I remember is that, toward the end of the shoot, Emily did leave very abruptly. There was kind of a bit of a scramble among the production team, like, 'What are we gonna do? How do we shoot the rest of the video without her?' I was told that she had a flight to catch."
Elle claims that she was only 23 years old and new to the industry when she appeared in the video. She acknowledged that in her need to pay off her college bills, she took any job she could find, even if it entailed nudity. "I definitely used my looks to make money, because that was kind of the only option I had at the time. And those jobs, they did pay the bills," she clarified.
'Nothing more than a hired mannequin'
Ratajkowski claimed in her book 'My Body' that Robin "cupped her bare breasts," adding that it made her feel like "nothing more than a hired mannequin." The 'Cruise' actor further wrote, "Suddenly, out of nowhere, I felt the coolness and foreignness of a stranger’s hands cupping my bare breasts from behind. I instinctively moved away, looking back at Robin Thicke."
The 'Gone Girl' actor continued to write in her book, "With that one gesture, Robin Thicke had reminded everyone on set that we women weren’t actually in charge. I didn’t have any real power as the naked girl dancing around in his music video. I was nothing more than the hired mannequin."
What Elle Evans is doing at present?
Evans, who later went on to feature in Beyoncé's 'Haunted' and 'Superpower' music videos, became the image of NYX cosmetics, and appeared in a few episodes of 'Two and a Half Men' and 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia', claimed she has tried to disassociate herself from the video over the years.
She has now recanted her life in the spotlight to concentrate on being a mother. She married Matt Bellamy, Muse's lead singer, and guitarist, in 2019, and the couple welcomed a daughter in June 2020. "My life has completely changed. I'm a wife now. I'm a mom now, and that's my main focus," the 'Muse' star stated.
