'DWTS' Season 30: Iman Shumpert gets a shout out from pal LeBron James, fans love it

While the judges seem to be coming around, Iman Shumpert also got a shout out on Twitter from NBA pal LeBron James and fans love the support system

Not everyone on Season 30 of 'Dancing With The Stars' is a great dancer, but the celebrity line-up is definitely putting in the energy and effort to get there. NBA star Iman Shumpert might have had a rough start with low scores, but it looks like he's finding his footing as the show progresses.

Last week, Shumpert danced the Jive to 'Hey Ya!' by Outkast with his partner Daniella Karagach. This week, he performed the rumba to 'U Know What's Up' by Donell Jones, from the 1999 album, 'Where I Wanna Be'. It turns out, the album is loved by him and his wife, Teyana Taylor and Shumpert wanted nothing more than to make her proud!

Although he didn't have the best start last week, the judges noticed his effort was paying off. Len Goodman noted that Shumpert had improved from last week. Derek Hough pointed out that Shumpert himself was enjoying his performances, which in turn allowed them to enjoy it as well. Bruno Tonioli, like Goodman, appreciated the effort he was putting in. Carrie Ann Inaba noted his commitment to the performance, which translated wonderfully on stage. This week, Shumpert clocked in 25 points and combined with his last week's total, he had a grand total of 46 points. Fans, however, were not on the same pages as the judges when it came to scores. 

"Reminder Iman been eating since week 1, the judges for some reason just now seeing he knows what he doin #DWTS" tweeted a user. "We don't play about Iman and Daniella. They were robbed blind last week. Tread lightly LEN. #DWTS" added another. "Y'all go vote for Iman because these judges gonna make me come through this screen  #DWTS" agreed a fan. 

While Shumpert has won fans over, it looks like his former teammate and NBA star LeBron James was also in his corner, rooting for him. 'DWTS' highlighted the supportive tweet James put out last week for Shumpert. "Ayyyyeeeeeee!!!!!! Let's go @imanshumpert! Make sure y'all go vote for him ASAP!" the tweet read. 

Fans were all for the support James was showing and were excited to see him express the same. "Also not a NBA fan but I am a fan I Iman and Daniella and I am a sucker for friendships and Lebron tweeting to go vote for Iman pulled my heartstrings! #DWTS" tweeted a fan. "I love when people cheer on others within the same space or network. Aka how Lebron James cheered on Iman Shumpert. We're all in this together!!  @DancingABC #DWTS" agreed another.
