Here's some good news for Drake fans — the singer has returned with a new track titled 'War' accompanied by a video. What could be a better Christmas gift for his fans?

Fans have been flooding social media with their reactions. One wrote, "This new Drake is litt", while another fan exclaimed, "Drake never disappoints."

In the latest song, Drake hints that he and The Weeknd have sorted out their differences. The two are known for their tiffs. One fan wrote, "Drake says he and The Weeknd are good in new song 'War'. It appears they squashed their beef!"

"Yea Drake is definitely talking about patching things up with The Weeknd on #War. Good to hear And the boy that sound like he sang on Thriller, you know thats been my n*gga. Yea, we just had to fix things, family 6 things, we can't split up," wrote another fan.

One fan, however, called the visuals in the video "mediocre". "Drake released a freestyle titled '#War' along with a video. The song features some London and Caribbean influences, which he is no stranger to. The visuals were a bit mediocre, in my opinion. But the lyrics were entertaining, per usual," wrote the user.

One fan observed, "Drake releasing New Music on the same day as Justin Bieber so that Bieber will flop. We Love To See It."

Another wrote, "It feels good to have created a style that changed the world #War #UKdrill@AxlBeats. I’m proud of you my brother keep flying the flag  @Drake." Another tweeted, "Drake got us wanting more now."

Some fans are rather perplexed and trying to understand what exactly Drake is saying in the new song. "Me tryna figure out what the f**k drake is saying in his new song..."

It has been a hectic year for Drake, as he released his compilation 'Odds And Ends'. He also appeared on another track called 'Won't Be Late' with Swae Lee.

After the Toronto Raptors emerged victorious in the NBA championship, he released two new songs 'Omertà' and 'Money in the Grave'.  Apart from this, he also appeared on the new 'PARTYNEXTDOOR' song and launched his own cannabis brand, the More Life Growing Company.
