LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jamie Foxx is reportedly recovering after social media users began speculating that he suffered a stroke. It has been said that he was provided with medical treatment with "great care" after facing an undisclosed issue on Tuesday, April 11.
His daughter Corinne Foxx took to her Instagram and confirmed, “We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, The Foxx Family.”

The actress did not reveal much though. It's unclear what symptoms Jamie may have been suffering from. Despite his family's statement that his condition is improving, there's no word yet on when he will be able to leave the hospital or get back to filming his Netflix movie 'Back in Action', which also stars Cameron Diaz.
