If you've watched the reality drama 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' or more popularly known as #KUWTK, you would know that the Kardashian-Jenner clan, among many nice things, have stunning homes. From the size of their mansions to their interior design, everything seems to be absolutely beautiful. Most recently, one of the older Kardashian sisters, Khloé, 35, sold her Calabasas to Dhar Mann for $15.5M. The Daily Mail reported that this property, located at The Oaks, was listed in May for $18.95M. It features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. She had bought the home called a Mediterranean Revival house from singer Justin Bieber in 2014 for $7.2 million. Kardashian got more than double what she paid to initially buy the home that was also featured on the cover of Architectural Digest in 2016. So who is Dhar Mann who shelled out $15.5M for this cover-worthy 9,300 sq ft property?

According to reports, Mann is a cosmetics entrepreneur and lifestyle guru. He took to his Instagram and shared photos of family on the grounds of the home, obviously happy with his "dream" home. The entrepreneur posted a picture with his wife beauty influencer, Laura Avila, and daughter captioning the image, "What better way to celebrate the birthday of my life partner @laurag_143 than to also celebrate us buying our new home!!! When Laura met me I was sharing a 350 square foot studio apartment with a roommate and sleeping on a couch. To be able to buy the house of our dreams today a few years later is a feeling I cannot even begin to describe. Thank you, God, for bringing the love of my life into the world on this day and for always blessing my little family with more than we deserve!! We're so so grateful for the life you have given us and will never take it for granted."

The happy homeowner is the CEO and founder of an award-winning beauty subscription company called LiveGlam and of Dhar Mann Studios, both of which have an impressive Instagram following. Mann also has 3.2 million subscribers on his YouTube Channel. On his website, he refers to himself as an entrepreneur and filmmaker. The tag line on the website reads, "We're not just telling stories, we're changing lives." Mann speaks about how he went from having a life that included a 4-story Hollywood Hills mansion with 9 exotic cars to sleeping on the couch after he was broke. He writes that through a journey of self-discovery, he was able to find a "new path." Reports reveal that the "mission-driven entrepreneur" has the highest viewed content creator when it comes to inspirational content garnering over 11 billion total views and over 29 million followers across social media. His website explains that he focuses on ideas that have a "massive impact" and that can help transform lives. His experience in business as reported, include real estate, transportation, franchising, cosmetics, subscriptions, social media, motivation and filmmaking.

In short, Mann is an influential filmmaker and content creator who runs a studio that is said to be one of the fastest-growing social media content creation companies worldwide. His tips about life and business have been shared on the likes of Forbes, Entrepreneur and The New York Times and LiveGlam has been featured in Cosmopolitan, BuzzFeed, PopSugar and Elle.
