Dawes unveiled their new album 'Passwords' late last month on 22 June via their very own HUB Records. In support of the album, the Californian folk-rockers took the stage as they returned to 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Tuesday night (July 10) in support of the follow-up to 2016’s 'We’re All Gonna Die.'

For their late-night TV performance, Taylor Goldsmith and the gang decided to go with a back-to-back double feature, with the tracks 'Living In The Future' as well as 'Crack the Case.' It was a smart pairing as the former showcases the band’s ability to storm into ripping, rollicking solos and the latter highlights their indie folk side.

Dawes will also be hitting the road this August in support of their new album with Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra, who are embarking on their first North American tour in over 30 years. Dawes will open for the band in cities including Oakland, Denver, Dallas, as well as two shows at NYC’s Madison Square Garden and two shows at LA’s The Forum. The band will also perform a date in Vienna, VA with Shovels and Rope and festival dates including Pilgrimage Music Festival. Dawes will follow that trek up with a headlining run of their own in September.
