This episode of 'Dare Me' took a turn for the worse and vendetta is now Addy Hanlon's (Herizen Guardiola) last concern. The episode titled 'Scorched Earth' saw the squad achieving their goal of winning the regionals and while this should have been the show's focus, we had a friendship break-up and a murder.

Addy who has gotten uncomfortably and increasingly close with coach Colette French (Willa Fitzgerald) over the past seven episodes, has lost interest in taking care of her best friend Beth Cassidy (Marlo Kelly). Beth, who is doubtful of the coach's agenda, has tried multiple times to steer Addy away from her. However, this episode saw the demise of their friendship instead. Addy, who would rather focus on the impulsive part of Beth, decides that Beth is too much to handle.

What Addy did not see coming during her special friendship with the coach is the dead body of Sarge Will Mosley (Zach Roerig) — the man coach Colette has been having an affair with. Addy trusted coach so much that she kept her affair a secret and even babysat the coach's daughter. Unfortunately, all this led to her getting a phone call in the night that took her to the coach's place where Sarge was lying dead. Too bad Addy didn't listen to Beth.

Fans were furious at coach Colette and astounded at Addy's stupidity, and some didn't even feel an ounce of sympathy for Sarge Will.

"Why would coach even get addy involved in this situation like the woman you are GROWN and you're about to ruin this whole girl's life #dareme," tweeted an annoying fan. "Omg coach is so selfish. Why would you get a high schooler in your mess? #DareMeTV #dareme," tweeted another.

Hate poured out for the coach for bringing Addy to a murder scene. How can a scared teenager help her?

"I have literally ZERO sympathy for that awful coach on #DareMe. She is an absolute horrid human and I could care less what happens to her," tweeted another fan. "A lot of folks on this hashtag are feeling real bad for Will, but that dude was knowingly hooking up with a married woman. He wasn't lied to. I got no sympathy for side pieces regardless of gender #dareme," tweeted a fan with zero sympathies for the poor Sarge as well.

It seems as though the Addy-Sarge-Coach combo has seemed to have taken fans off the rails, but they are definitely tuning in next week with one question in mind — who killed Sarge Will?

'Dare Me' airs on Sundays at 10 pm EST on the USA Network.
