LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck showed what a devoted father he is by picking up his son Samuel from a basketball game on Wednesday, February 1. The 50-year-old actor was spotted at his 10-year-old son's school in Brentwood.

Affleck was spotted wheeling his son's roller backpack, just a few days after he was seen spending the weekend with his wife, Jennifer Lopez, and their blended family. The 'Gone Girl' star was wearing a tan sweater under an orange checkered fleece-lined jacket.

The actor was spotted carrying a pair of Air Jordan sneakers. In addition, he was wearing dark blue jeans with teal, blue, and orange Nike sneakers. Samuel wore a white sleeveless top, navy shorts and black sneakers. After the game, Affleck and Samuel spoke to each other as they walked to their car.

Affleck and Lopez went on an outing with their blended family just a few days ago. The couple were spotted with Lopez's children, Serafina, 14, Samuel, and Emme, 14. Ben's oldest child Violet, 17, and Emme's identical sibling Max did not accompany them on the weekend excursion. The outing took place shortly after Lopez spoke candidly on TODAY about integrating five children into one household. "We moved in together. The kids moved in together," Lopez said, adding, "It's been, like, a really kind of emotional transition, but at the same time all your dreams coming true. And it’s just been a phenomenal year. Like, my best year I think since my kids were born."

Affleck will reportedly reprise his role as Bruce Wayne in 'Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom', slated to release on December 25, and 'The Flash' that will drop on June 16. He also stars as Phil Knight, the founder of Nike in the upcoming film 'Air' alongside his close childhood friend Matt Damon, who plays Sonny Vaccaro. The actor will also be in 'Hypnotic', directed by Robert Rodriguez, which also stars William Fichtner, Alice Braga and Jeff Fahey.
