Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck look chic as they step out on a blended family outing over weekend
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Newlyweds Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck looked fashionable as they stepped out with their family on Saturday, January 28. The stylish pair was accompanied by their children Emme Muniz, 14m Serafina Affleck, 14, and Samuel Affleck, 10.
The ‘Papi’ hitmaker donned an eye-catching outfit as she wore a shaggy light gray fur coat along with a cropped white t-shirt. Lopez paired the statement apparel with straight-fit blue jeans for her family outing. The pair were snapped holding hands with each other as they crossed the road. Affleck, for his part, looked immaculate in a faded beige jacket and lighter-toned jeans. He completed the ensemble with a light grey V-neck sweater with a white t-shirt underneath. The three children were dressed casually, as they opted for loose-fitting pajamas and oversized hoodies for the family outing. Missing from the scene was Emme's twin brother Max Muniz, who JLo shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

In an interview on Today, Lopez spoke candidly about the “emotional transition” after blending families with Affleck. “We moved in together. The kids moved in together,” Lopez told Jason Kennedy while promoting her new film 'Shotgun Wedding' with Josh Duhamel on January 16, 2023. “It’s been, like, a really kind of emotional transition, but at the same time all your dreams coming true. And it’s just been a phenomenal year. Like, my best year I think since my kids were born,” she continued.
After calling off their first engagement, the pair reunited nearly two decades later and tied the knot six months ago in July at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. "Jennifer is the happiest. She loves being married. She loves being Mrs Affleck. She is very excited to be married to Ben. She is very grateful that they got a second chance," reported People at the time.
The outing comes only a few hours before JLo's former husband Anthony, 54, married for a fourth time on the very same day as he tied the knot with former Miss Universe contestant Nadia Ferreira, 23. However, the two children that he has with Lopez were nowhere in sight. Anthony and Nadia Ferreira were previously engaged for eight months. The newlyweds hosted the wedding ceremony at the Perez Art Museum in Miami with guests including Maluma, David Beckham, Romeo Santos, and other A-listers such as Salma Hayek, Lin Manuel Miranda and Luis Fonsi.
