The 2020 Country Association Awards are finally here to make your night all musical by honoring the biggest names in the field of country music. The 52nd annual ceremony which is taking place on Wednesday, November 11, showcased a number of great performances including Eric Church's stellar performance on 'Hell of a view', his latest single. However, the 43-year-old singer started trending on Twitter, not for his performance but for his hairstyle.

Giving a live debut of the new song on Wednesday during the 2020 CMA Awards in Nashville, Church stole hearts as he swung his grey hair while performing on his latest song. While some people loved the hairstyle, there were some who slammed it badly on Twitter,

As soon as viewers saw Church's performance, they all pointed out one thing — his hair, and the reactions were hilarious, as one Internet user said, "Eric Church looking like he stole one of Carl Perkins wigs  #CMAawards." Another slammed his hair and said, "Eric Church lookin’ like Butthead with that hair." Another one had a bizarre question, "Why does Eric Church’s hair look like he used a whole bottle of dry shampoo without rubbing it in?"

A user said, "Eric Church looks like a halloween costume. #CMAawards" Another wrote, "I'm watching @ericchurch and I’m like what the hair happened?!?! #CMAs," One fan just wondered, "Either Eric Church went gray at super speed or tonight we have all just found out that he’s been dyeing his hair this entire time #CMAs."

Some really liked his hair, as one Internet user wrote, "I can never get enough of @ericchurch... so much feeling in his performances side note: love his hair #CMAawards." Another said, "My 3 year old watching @ericchurch perform on #CMAawards 'I like his hair' (Asking her daddy if he plays guitar and sings?) (points to tv) 'hes a good singer' 'wheres @JimmieAllen I don't see him anywhere' #TheNilwatchesTheCMAs"

Church is known for his single 'Smoke a Little Smoke' and his first top 10 hits, 'Love Your Love the Most' and 'Hell on the Heart'. In 2011, he came up with 'Chief', which was his first No. 1 album, gave him his first two No. 1 singles titled, 'Drink in My Hand' and 'Springsteen'. His third No. 1 single was 'The Only Way I Know', which he, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan wrote for Aldean's album 'Night Train'.
