TENNESSEE, NASHVILLE: Christina Hall's design for reality TV alum sister-in-law is her first Tennessee project. In the season premiere of 'Christina in the Country,' Christina restores the house of her new husband Josh Hall's sister Stacie Adams.

Christina Hall prioritizes family in the season premiere of 'Christina in the Country!' The series' debut episode, which premiered on January 12, saw Christina adjusting to rural life in Tennessee with her husband Josh, and handling their first design job for some familiar clients: Josh's sister, Stacie, and her husband, Joel Adams. "Your sister and Joel are coming over tonight, and I feel like it's the perfect opportunity for us to redo their house. She's always complaining about their house," in the episode, Christina informs Josh. "Let's convince her and Joel to be our first client out here, and then we can start working out here and be out here more."

However, Stacie's meeting with the couple to discuss the project is not her first appearance on unscripted television. She was formerly known as "Stacie the bartender" on the MTV reality series, 'The Hills.' Fortunately for Christina, Stacie and Joel are interested in a house to remodel. "I mean, our house is already beautiful, but it hasn't been updated in about 20 years, and it could definitely use a Christina-style makeover," Stacie adds.

Joel agrees to the remodeling on one condition: it must have a fancy toilet. "I want one of those Japanese toilets," he says to Christina and Josh. "It's perfect. It has heated seats, and then you push a button, and it does everything."

Later in the episode, Joel and Stacie treat Christina and Josh to dinner to express their gratitude for changing their house into their ideal home. During lunch, Stacie inquires about Christina's adjustment to life in Tennessee. "I feel like we have the best of both worlds because we have our life in California then we come here, and it's like an escape and everyone's so nice and the property's so amazing," she says, adding, "We would love to do more projects here."

Christina divides her time between Nashville and Orange County, and she frequently takes her daughter Taylor and son Brayden, whom she shares with her ex and former 'Flip or Flop' co-star Tarek El Moussa, as well as her 3-year-old son Hudson from her second marriage to Ant Anstead, with her. After visiting a friend in the region in October 2020, she chose to settle in Tennessee. She fell in love with country living and bought her Tennessee home a few months later.

Christina gives her sister-in-law a "light, bright, and fabulous" entertainer's dream place after a major renovation from an unpleasant cramped little kitchen. Walking directly through the front entrance, you find a big area that seems "more inviting and vibrant." The cramped family room has been transformed into a gorgeous model room. The awkwardly shaped island was converted into a large island with a waterfall edge, beautiful marble details, and a tile backsplash. Elegant, lovely, light, and brilliant. Christina's inclusion of counter space has also solved the storage problem.
