If you are a Chris Hemsworth fan, then you might be surprised to see your favorite actor become a subject of ‘medical experimentation.’ The Marvel star is all set to become a part of a health docuseries on National Geographic. Titled ‘Limitless’, the series will feature scientific innovations, research and development that doctors undertake to extend human life.

Not to be confused with the eponymous movie or the television series made thereafter, the documentary is real and will actually see Hemsworth fighting different circumstances and seasoning himself to live through every obstacle and season his mind, body, and spirit.

The show format follows a series of challenges that a subject has to explore in order to live longer and stay healthier. Hemsworth will be a subject of one of such experiment. He will put himself through six such physical and mental challenges. Each episode will deal with one of such complex techniques. As the latest reports reveal, some of these challenges could be like shocking the body under different environments, supercharging memory, or regenerating physical damages, and so on and so forth. The series on Nat Geo will see Darren Aronofsky and Jane Root serving as executive producers. The duo are known for producing another docuseries on Nat Geo.

As reported, National Geographic also explained what the show content will entail. According to the production team, ‘Limitless’ will “showcase extraordinary examples of longevity science from around the world — from the habits of centenarian martial artists to how Navy SEALs conquer stress. The series will reveal body hacks anyone can practice to keep the effects of aging at bay, and keep you fitter, smarter and stronger, regardless of age. Entertaining, immersive and life changing, ‘Limitless’ will rewrite the rulebook on living better for longer.”

It will indeed be interesting to see the ‘Thor’ star as a part of a realistic medical exercise and in real-life scenarios. As we all know and have seen, Hemsworth is no stranger to fitness and physically challenging activities. But seeing him tackle real-life endurance exercises is sure to be more exciting and inspiring for fans all aspiring fitness enthusiasts.
