LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alba Baptista, Chris Evans' girlfriend, claims that when she was ten years old and on a school trip, she was almost kidnapped by a stranger. The new companion of the 'Captain America' actor described how she was taking a study trip to Scotland, UK, where she and a group of youngsters were studying English.
When Alba, then 10 years old, visited Scotland, she was roaming and looking for a T-shirt to buy for her father. She explained to Nova Gente that a man in his fifties approached her and offered to buy the clothing for her before requesting Alba to follow him to his car. In a recently discovered magazine article, the 'Warrior Nun' Netflix star, now 25, revealed the terrifying event.

What did Alba Baptista say of the incident?
Baptista continued by describing how the man had her promise a "much better T-shirt" before seizing her arm and attempting to kidnap the child, who escaped his grasp thanks to Baptista's quick thinking. "I must have a wonderful guardian angel because when he was grabbing me by the arm and pulling me out of the shop, the teacher appeared at the door to call me," she explained. She continued, "I ran to go to her. I remember telling her what had happened and suddenly I see the man cutting through the queue with a hurricane-type look on his face and coming directly for me." She added that she detested the idea of anything similar occurring to anyone else.
She described how the man started hugging her as she screamed, recalling her classmates encircling the couple, until he released to go and said, "Don't forget me," in the unearthed interview. "He was telling me everything was fine and we were friends. I didn't know what to do," she said about the incident a few years ago, as reported by Mirror.
