The Captian America star recently shared a post on his Instagram handle that led sharp-eyed netizens to speculate about how much time he might have spent with the 'Warrior Nun' actress Alba Baptista's family over the holiday weekend. Chris had shared a post of two carved pumpkins which turned out to be similiar to a post by Elsa Baptista, the mother of his rumored girlfriend Alba Baptista. This similarity in posts only intensified the speculation of them dating.
The Instagram post Chris shared on November 1, Wednesday was set of carved pumpkins which he simply captioned as “Happy Halloween! 🎃👻❤️.” The rumours have been swirling in the air about them dating for almost 2 years now. But neither have confirmed anything about them being in a relationship.

Following the post, @deuxmoi, an Instagram account by 'curators of popculture', shared a tip on their Instagram Story. They posted screenshots of Evans' most recent Instagram post and Alba's mother's Instagram, who had recently updated her profile picture. The informant continued, "And Alba mom already had this as her profile image. He and Alba are officially dating, and this weekend, she will be in MA with her mother. The post has been frequently shared via Twitter by fans speculating about Evans' love life.

Chris Evans and Alba Baptista's alleged relationship first surfaced in January 2022. Then, all of the Marvel star's followers began digging to gather information to 'prove' the dating rumors. Chris Evans started following the actress from the fall of 2020. But the actress wasn't following him back. Then, eventually, on June 2021, she followed him back. Alba is currently also following Scott Evans, Chris' brother, as well as Scott's partner and their pet dog's account.
Fans of Marvel's Captain America say the rumoured couple met each in Europe when they were both shooting for separate projects.
