Reality TV star Charlotte Crosby almost got arrested for her sex toy at Dubai airport
Charlotte Crosby almost got arrested after officers at the Dubai airport discovered a sex toy in her hand luggage on Wednesday, December 8. The 31-year-old star had to plead with the authorities to let her go and allow her to enter the United Arab Emirates. The news was shared by Charlotte's friend, Adam Frisby.
Charlotte was stopped by Dubai authorities as their laws state that it is illegal to own sex toys or carry them into the country. If a traveler does so and is caught, the authorities could confiscate them or get them prosecuted. Sharing the incident on Instagram, Adam said, "Charlotte and I got pulled at the airport because she had a sex toy in her hand luggage."

Further, he added, "She nearly got arrested and we had to plead with airport security. I mean you could not make it up. Absolute belter of a start." The news comes soon after Charlotte shared the news of her romance with Jake Ankers moving to the next level. She has reportedly moved into Jake's luxury apartment in Manchester.
Even though she herself owns an apartment worth in excess of a million pounds, she has been seen living and spending most of her time, of late, with the convicted criminal. Charlotte got her apartment renovated recently yet she is hardly seen there. A source told The Outlet, "Charlotte is enjoying spending every second with Jake. She still has her mansion in Sunderland but has been staying in Manchester."
Further, the source added, "Jake's letting her do what she wants with the place. They are really smitten with each other and enjoying setting up home together." The apartment includes a great view of the city and a communal swimming pool and private underground parking.
Charlotte Crosby's near-arrest at Dubai wasn't the only terrible thing to happen that day. Her friend Adam Frisby was already stressed thanks to the flight. Talking about the incident on his social media, he wrote, "Finally here after a stressful experience. Firstly, I got the worst pressure in my head when landing literally thought my head was going to explode, not sure if anyone else gets it that bad but Jesus Christ. AND THEN after I finally got over that traumatic experiences, Charlotte and I got pulled at the airport because she had a sex toy in her hand luggage."
It seems that the authorities of Dubai do not tolerate anything that goes against their laws. People should know that their airport rules are strict and one should abide by them if they are visiting the country.
