While the 42-year-old looked absolute bombshell in the ad, Kourtney's fit physique and sleek bob haircut made it a stunning photo. Fans and followers of Kourtney went gaga over her physical changes in the advertisement. Many appreciated her hard work and dedication as well.

Last week, Kourtney shared a throwback photo of her with Kim and Khloe where they were sporting bikinis at a beach resort. The post received a lot of hate with many saying she's had some plastic surgery done. One user commented that the mother of three (Kourtney) has had plenty of plastic surgery done. "Kourtney got plenty of surgery! She just did it in an extremely natural way that still complimented her features instead of changed them," the user said, adding, "Botox, nose job, some sort of butt shot or BBL just to start." The founder of Poosh, however, hit back at the troll stating, "No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment, butt shot and Brazilian butt lift, um thanks. And you were just getting started."

Kourt has always been transparent about her plastic surgeries. In 2011, she shared with her fans how she got breast implants at the age of 21. She also added that she regrets this decision of hers. She said, "I had my boobs done but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before. I’ve realized that I was made to look a certain way and I’m considering removing them."
Meanwhile, in the personal front, Kourtney announced her engagement to Travis Barker who she has been dating for nine months now.
