Carley Shimkus BEAMS in dreamy baby shower pics as Fox star celebrates 1st child with Peter Buchignani
LONG VALLEY, NEW JERSEY: Fox host Carley Shimkus treated her fans with heartwarming photos from her baby shower celebrating her first child.
The 'Fox and Friends First' co-host took to Instagram to share pictures of herself with friends and family at the event as she and her husband Peter Buchignani are getting ready to welcome a child into the world. Carley posted a picture of herself beaming and looking like a princess while donning a blue gown with her baby bump. The TV personality was seen in the photo smiling and admiring a light blue cake that seemed to suggest it's a baby boy.

In the post, which also included photos with her baby shower guests, Carley wrote that she felt "so blessed" to have "shared such a special day with some of the people who mean the very most to me."
"Love you all so much! Baby B has a bunch of incredible ladies in his life already," she continued, before giving a "special thank you" to the person who planned her baby shower for her, which looked like a scene from a fairytale, with light blue decor, floral centerpieces, and a bunny theme. Fans gushed in the comments section, telling Carley she will make a great mom. "I don’t know you, except for tv. You seem like a genuine person, I believe you’ll make an outstanding MOM!" one wrote. "Awesome photos Carley, you're going to be an awesome mom 💙," another added. Carley shared another photo later showcasing just her and Peter.
The doting couple has been married since 2015 and Carley is currently pregnant with their first child together. "I hope he has your… everything," the Fox star captioned the picture of her and Peter at the baby shower, followed by a blue heart emoticon. Lisa Boothe, a Fox colleague of Carley's, commented on the post saying, "You guys are so stinking cute!" adding, "So happy for your growing fam!"

Meanwhile, Peter is a businessman and has been married to Carley since August 2015.
