'I’d rather spit in their faces': Britney Spears hits back at Jamie Lynn amid younger sister's comment
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears didn’t hold back while giving a piece of her mind to sister Jamie Lynn, who said she had a hard time being the diva’s sibling in her reality series. In her long Instagram post, the ‘Toxic’ singer wrote, “Are we gonna say it was hard being my sister ???? Hmmmmmmmmmmm …. really ???" Referring to the Las Vegas residency days when she wasn’t allowed to enjoy the pleasures of spa and champagne, like her dear ones, and even denied coffee, the 41-year-old lamented, “We teach her the MEANING OF MEAN and then throw her away in the end with no self rights !!!! You want me to share it on Telly ???” Spears continued. “I’d rather spit in their faces and trash them on an Instagram cause that’s all my family has ever been to me !!!!”
Jamie Lynn is presently featuring on Fox’s new reality series, 'Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test', where the actress-singer said, “Growing up, my sister became famous, worldwide famous, when I was very young.“I’m so proud of her, love her to death, but I don’t know. Sometimes I feel like I don’t really have anything for myself.” The two had their differences for some time now, however, it only got worse in January 2022 when Lynn released her memoir, “Things I Should Have Said.” In the book, the star mentioned the name Britney Spears over 300 times, and Spears alleged that her young sibling, “exploited [her] for monetary gain.”

Spears in her social media post also talked about conservatorship which controlled her financial, medical, and personal affairs for almost a decade and a half, “Not a victim story or crying about it because I was never a big deal … I sat in a chair for 10 hours a day and no rights for 4 months !!!” The '3' singer alleges that her parents sent her to a mental health facility against her wish at the start of 2019, and had earlier said she would like to sue her family, including her parents for conservatorship abuse, reports PageSix.
“It honestly blows my mind the hardships you say you have had with having me as your sister … I’m sorry you feel that way but don’t ever poke at my broken foot in a kitchen telling me to go to the doctor because my foot infection might infect your royal children !!!", the 'Stronger star' concluded.
