Britney Spears' first husband Jason Alexander crashes singer's wedding, gets arrested after live streaming
Of what could have been a peaceful and intimate wedding of Britney Spears with Sam Asghari, the singer’s first husband Jason Allen Alexander interrupted the rituals after he crashed her wedding by landing at her Los Angeles residence. Jason Alexander, who was married to the pop star for mere 55 hours back in 2004, live streamed the incident before the security finally took him down.
In a 10-minute-long Instagram live video, Jason Alexander can be seen scaling a fence on the perimeter of Spears' property as he tells his viewers what he was about to do. According to a video obtained by TMZ, Britney Spears' former husband tells a security personnel that he was invited to Spears' wedding and that she was his first and only wife. He then says, “I’m her first husband. I’m here to crash the wedding cause nobody [is] here but Sam. So where the f**k’s the family?”

In the video obtained by TMZ, Jason can be seen barging into the singer’s house before the security gets him. His phone later freezes up. Jason after somehow managing to get into the singer’s house had started filming despite being asked to leave the premises. He can be heard saying, “Don’t put your hands on me” before asking, “Hey, where’s Britney?” He eventually made his way back outside where he was reportedly restrained.
In a separate video, Jason lashed out at the security insisting that Britney’s wedding to Sam was a “bullsh**t wedding.” According to reports, he somehow had managed to get to the second floor of the pop star’s house where the décor with pink roses for the wedding was seen.

According to Variety, Jason was placed under arrest for trespassing. Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh said that the Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the singer’s residence to investigate a trespassing complaint. TMZ reported that Britney Spears' attorney, Mathew Rosengart, revealed that Jason was "absolutely livid" as he tried to crash the wedding. Rosengart added that Jason Alexander needed to be locked up. He shared that Britney was safe adding, “I am personally working with the sheriff's department to ensure Mr. Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
For the unversed, Britney and Jason, who is also the singer’s childhood friend, tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2004. Their marriage, however, lasted for mere 55 hours as the two decided to part ways. Speaking of her staying in touch with the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker, Jason in August 2020 told Us Weekly, “Oh, yeah, definitely. If they would give us an honest chance, you know? And she really wanted that. I’d give it a shot. I’ve got love for her, definitely.”
