LONDON, ENGLAND: 'Bridgerton' fans are beaming with joy following the release of Season 3 this year. Netflix has divided the season's release in two parts. Four episodes of the show dropped on May 16, 2024 with the rest of the episodes scheduled to arrive on June 13.

This season, Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) take the center stage as their friendship turns into steamy romance. The four wholesome episodes have also given us some of the best moments of the entire show and we can't stop talking about them.

From the funny "sex" talk between the Featherington women going viral among fans, to Penelope's much needed character development, Season 2 has truly delivered more than what we expected.

Let's take a look at the top five moments from 'Bridgerton' Season 3: Part 1 before Part 2 drops:

'Bridgerton' Season 3 Episode 2: Featheringtons talk about how babies are made

Featheringtons have often been a comic relief to the historical romance show. Portia Featherington (Polly Walker) initiates the "uncomfortable" talk with her daughters and it came out as funny and alarming at the same time.

"Insert himself? Insert where?" asked Philippa Featherington (Harriet Cains) who lacks sex education and was now being asked to make babies. It turned out to be the funniest moment in the entire show and we had the same expressions as Portia and Prudence Featherington (Bessie Carter) had on Philippa's naive statement.

'Bridgerton' Season 3 Episode 2: Eloise Bridgerton's moment of realisation

'Bridgerton' is incomplete without delving into emotions of guilt, realizations and confessions. Episode 2 of Season 3 had one such heartfelt moment when Eloise Bridgerton (Claudia Jessie) realized that her gossip is the reason why Penelope was subjected to public embarrassment.

She initially pinned the blame of Cressida Cowper (Jessica Madsen) to whom she told about Colin helping Penelope find a suitor. During a confrontation, Cressida showed Eloise a mirror.

Eloise soon realized that she is no better than anyone else who loves to gossip.

Episode 2 ended with an unexpected kiss between Penelope and Colin. When Penelope made an abrupt exit from the ball night, Colin followed her.

In a moment of vulnerability, Penelope said that she doesn't believe she'll have a chance at love anymore and expressed her desperation for a kiss wwhich Colin fulfilled.

The kiss done as a favor for a friend ignited the romance, especially for Colin.

'Bridgerton' Season 3 Episode 3: Penelope's honest conversation with Lord Debling

Penelope, who has the least chances of finding a husband, was suddenly trapped in a love triangle. As she made peace that she had no chance with Colin, she started to pursue other suitors. And luckily, her vibe matched with Lord Debling (Sam Phillips) who was also actively looking for a match.

Meanwhile, Lord Debling had the attention not only from Penelope, but also Cressida who left no chance to swoon with him.

Penelope tried hard to win over Debling in Episode 3. However, she later came clean and confessed to Debling that she wasn't being herself. Her honesty with Debling ultimately gives us the most important relationship lesson.

'Bridgerton' Season 3 Episode 4: Penelope and Colin's carriage scene

The ending of 'Bridgerton' Season 3: Part 1 left the fans amused as Colin and Penelope shared a moment of steamy romance in the carriage.

After a passionate moment, Colin ended up proposing marriage to Penelope. Fans who had been waiting for their romance to bloom are finally satisfied this season.
