Brian Cox claims Meghan Markle knew 'what she was getting into' when she married Prince Harry
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'Succession' star Brian Cox has slammed Meghan Markle, claiming she married Prince Harry as part of her long-term "ambition." Cox criticized Meghan for entering the royal family with the expectation that she and Prince Harry could "cut themselves off" from the established "system."
The star made the bombshell allegations in a conversation with 'Haute Living' magazine. He also claimed that Meghan clearly "knew what she was getting into" and that the former actress even had "childhood dreams of marrying Prince Charming."

In the Interview, he can be seen stating, “You can’t go into a system where somebody’s already been trained to behave in a certain kind of way and then just expect them to cut themselves off. I mean, she knew what she was getting into." He then added, "The childhood dreams of marrying Prince Charming and all that s–t we see as fantasy that could be our lives in our dreams." However, he also claimed, “In my opinion, we shouldn’t have a monarchy. It’s not viable; it doesn’t make any sense. F**k it, move on.” However, in the past, the Emmy Award winner has come in support of the royal duo. The actor had claimed regarding the trauma they might have undergone while being a part of the royal family. He said to The Independent, “I don’t know what went on (with Harry and Meghan), but something clearly traumatic went on for the pair of them.I don’t think they made it up, I don’t think it’s false. I think it’s true and should’ve been rectified, and it hasn’t.”

She approached her marriage and her role in the RF as if it was a TV show. Magical thinking and unrealistic expectations on her and Harry’s part."
