BTS Army has a reason to celebrate as their favorite band is all set to grace the big screens with their upcoming documentary movie titled 'Break the Silence'. The K-pop group's latest documentary will be released across nations and tickets will be available for sale prior to the drop. Release
'Break the Silence' will release in cinemas globally on September 10. However, the film will open with limited screens and later arrive in other countries on September 24.
Synopsis
The official synopsis for 'Break the Silence' reads: "With unprecedented access, BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE travels with BTS throughout the tour, exploring each band member behind the curtain. Offstage, we see another side of BTS. The seven members begin to candidly tell personal stories they have never voiced before. Facing my other self 'PERSONA'." The official poster features the silhouette of all the members of the band.
Tickets
Tickets will be available for sale starting August 13, 2020, according to the movie's official website. For now, the portal displays sections for Korea and Japan tickets. Details regarding its premiere in other regions are yet to be made available.
Who will feature in it?
The movie will feature all members of the band; RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook and V. The film will include footage from their first international stadium tour 'Love Yourself: Speak Yourself' world tour in 2019.
'Break the Silence' follows BTS' third film 'Bring the Soul: the Movie', which will return to the theatres from August 28th to August 30th for a re-run. A sneak peak of 'Break the Silence' will be offered during the airing of the previous movie. Tickets for 'Bing the Soul: the Movie' will be available for sale from August 18th on the film's official website.
Meanwhile, BTS is bracing itself for its first-ever live performance at the MTV VMAs, which is scheduled to take place on August 30, 2020, at the Brooklyn's Barclay Center.
