LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pierrot Studio's 'Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King' has created immense hype among fans around the world. However, it seems like the series itself has attracted the attention of actor Michael B Jordan and rapper Megan Thee Stallion. With two of these celebrities professing their love for 'Black Clover' being noticed by fans recently, the publicity of the movie can easily skyrocket to gain additional viewers for an already popular anime.

While the 'Creed' actor has always been known for being an anime lover, the underrated nature of 'Black Clover' has found an unlikely fan in him. Similarly, fans were taken aback when Megan confessed to loving the character of Asta, who dreams of being a wizard king.

Jordan enjoyed watching 'Black Clover'

When asked about a list of recent anime Jordan watched, 'Black Clover' was on his list. He mentioned enjoying the anime and finding it inspirational even though it was about two teenage boys. Being a director of 'Creed III', he mentioned incorporating fight choreography and camera work in some of the action scenes of the movie. For him, it was his way of professing a nerdy side. It also functions as easter eggs for fans who equally love a range of anime and 'The Creed' trilogy. The actor was found saying, "For me, anime isn't just about the action, but the heart that's depicted."

Asta is Megan's favorite character

Apart from Jordan, 'Black Clover' has found another unexpected fan in Megan Thee Stallion. She was loud and all about the character of Asta in an interview and geeked out about his achievements and trying to become a wizard king based entirely on his physical strength. In an interview by Sean Evans of 'Hot Ones', when asked about which is the best anime to watch for a laugh, she mainly focused on the anime she was watching currently and proceeded to mention 'Black Clover' along with her love for Asta. In her classic Megan way, she used profanities to describe the journey of Asta and how she relates the most with him.

Megan says, "I am watching Black Clover and it's so good and my favorite character on the show is Asta because this m**********r is always screaming and hollering. Like even if they like in the middle of a fight like he'll just bust out with some goofy s**t." She also goes on to explain shonen tropes to the interviewer, who was left extremely confused with her answer but probably realized that she really enjoyed watching that anime.
