Full list of nominees

This 2021 edition of Billboard Music Awards 2021 is clearly dominated by The Weeknd with nominations in 16 categories including Top Artist and Top Male Artist. Late Pop Smoke comes second with most number of nominations with 10 nods including Top New Artist. County star Moran Wallen won't be making an appearance at this year's award function. He was caught saying the 'N-word' on video, possibly because of which producers are maintaining a distance from him. "Morgan Wallen is a finalist this year based on charting. As his recent conduct does not align with our core values, we will not be including him on the show in any capacity (performing, presenting, accepting)," Dick Clark productions said in a statement.
