A show about moms trying to get their kids into private schools." She went on to say that the production already had four moms, Jill Zare, Ramona, Luann and Alex. They need a fifth mother. In the video, Bethenny said she was wearing a VIP bracelet that she could not remember where she got it. Bethenny related that at first she was not impressed with the idea of being on a TV show, her boyfriend had kind of sold her on it. But one of the producers, Kiara, called Bethenny after a few days and asked for a audition tape. The reality star later agreed to shoot the tape because she was broke and needed a platform for her low-calorie baking business. Bethenny received a call from Bravo producers after a month and the rest is history.

Why did Bethenny Frankel quit 'RHONY'?

Bethenny left her fans heartbroken by quitting 'RHONY' after Season 3. However, the reality star revealed in a previous TikTok video, "I left because I wanted to leave. I was ready to leave, and I used a technicality deal point as my excuse." She also shared that she had just lost someone very close to her, and she went to work when the show came back and she didn't want to. At that time, Bethenny said that she noticed a 'new point' had been added to Housewives stars' contracts, making it so that they "won't be paid" if they failed to appear in an episode for one reason or another. But the reality star made it clear that the new rule didn't apply to her. She added, "But sometimes, these little things if you're thinking of leaving and you don't want to be there, you know I'm the type of person where that one thing would give me an excuse." Bethenny explained that every little thing matters and she was looking for a reason, and that's a good reason to quit the show.

Here's how you can join 'Real Housewives'

Many housewives have certainly wondered how the stars get on the Bravo show. That's why we explain the casting process here. The contestants must first audition on camera during interviews to get on 'The Real Housewives.' Then the producers narrow down the list based on the on-camera interviews. The executives organize a tryout and a shoot at their homes to get a better sense of the potential cast members' lives. After looking at family history and getting to know the contestants' husbands, children and friends, they will eventually ask you to join 'Real Housewives.' Bravo executive Ryan Flynn said in an interview that they prefer to cast people who have a connection to existing cast members. He said, "It's always best to have a real life connection and to have that history. And I think we definitely see that on 'The Real Housewives of New York City.' Like it always felt like Dorinda was there because, in a way, she always was." Regardless of who you are or how famous you are, every member has to go through an audition to get on the show.
