Ben Affleck rocks 'cool dad' look in all-black ensemble as he sips on large cup of Americano
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck rocked the ‘cool dad’ look effortlessly as he stepped out for a meeting in Los Angeles on Friday, January 28. The ‘Gone Girl’ actor was seen sipping from a large Americano as he looked through his phone. Eagle-eyed fans will know that the coffee is a diversion from his eternal favorite Dunkin’ Donuts, where he is often seen buying some treats or drinks.
The Academy Award-winning filmmaker-actor was seen with a neatly groomed beard and short and messy hair. He rocked a pair of Nike Dunk sneakers, which added a blast of colour to his all-black outfit for the meeting. The sneakers were colourful with splashes of purple, pink and yellow. He wore a black pair of jeans with a black t-shirt and a matching unbuttoned jacket.

This appearance comes days after Affleck’s wife, singer Jennifer Lopez had admitted to being over the moon about being stepmother to his children. At the premiere of her newest romantic comedy ‘Shotgun Wedding,’ the actress had said, “It’s going really, really well, it’s amazing, we have five beautiful, beautiful children, blessings…”
Lopez has been vocal about her children and stepchildren and has also stated that this year has been the best year in a long time for her because of her time with them. “We moved in together. The kids moved in together,” she said, according to Hollywood Life. “It’s been, like, a really kind of emotional transition, but at the same time all your dreams coming true. And it’s just been a phenomenal year. Like, my best year I think since my kids were born.”
Affleck shares three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. While he is not vocal about his personal life despite how eventful it has been in the past year, he has opened about his children in an interview with Complex. Reacting to the ‘Sad Affleck’ meme which had taken the internet by storm, he said he enjoyed it but had second thoughts when he realised his children may see it too. “I mean, there’s nobody who hasn’t felt that way at a junket. But then my kids see it and I think, ‘Oh, are they going to think their dad is fundamentally sad or they have to worry about me?’ That’s really tough.”
