The cool stepdad: Ben Affleck makes Jennifer Lopez's daughter Emme crack up during Santa Monica outing
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck had a great day in Santa Monica on March 1 with his stepdaughter Emme. The ‘Gone Girl' actor, 51, and the 15-year-old aspiring star made their way across the city while grinning the entire time, stopping to shop and get meals.
Jennifer Lopez had twins with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Emme is one of them. The ‘On the Floor' singer and ‘Good Will Hunting’ actor recently renewed their long-dormant affair, marrying in July 2022.

Coolest stepdad
During the stepfather-stepdaughter outing, Affleck and Emme both wore cozy outfits. The ‘Air’ director was dressed in a white t-shirt underneath a black hoodie and bomber jacket.
With a pair of gray trousers and black and white high-top trainers, he kept himself extra hidden from the sun. The actor spent his time making Emme giggle as she laughed next to him while he waved his arms and made a silly expression.
Emme, who has previously worked with her famous mother, looked comfortable in a big white sweatshirt and some baggy trousers. She enhanced her appearance with a pair of white Converse trainers that appeared to have many colored markers scribbled on them. The aspiring singer kept her makeup bare and had short hair curled tightly around.
She was holding a phone in her hand and wearing a set of wired headphones in her ears, yet she appeared to be completely blown away by Ben's jokes. Prior to visiting a thrift shop, the pair first visited a used book store. They topped off their adventure with supper at Jack in the Box. Both Ben and Emme carried huge paper bags throughout the day.
Blended family
Ben was formerly married to ‘13 Going on 30’ actress Jennifer Garner from 2005 till 2018. The two A-listers have three children together: Violet is 17 years old, Seraphina is 14, and Samuel 11. The two have strived to integrate their new family after rekindling their passion, 20 years after they were first engaged but called it off shortly before their wedding in 2003.
They first came across each other while filming ‘Gigli’, a box office disaster in which they played criminals who fell in love while trying to kidnap a neurodivergent man. When Ben and Jen got back together in 2002 to make 'Jersey Girl', which was released two years later, they hadn't yet felt the effects of their impending box office flop.
